The Role

Build the core intelligence layer of DealLens — LLM pipelines, document parsing, structured extraction, and real-time covenant monitoring. You'll own the systems that turn thousands of pages of credit agreements and SEC filings into machine-readable signal.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years building production ML or LLM-based systems
• Strong Python — you've shipped RAG pipelines, fine-tuned models, or built extraction frameworks at scale
• Experience with unstructured document parsing (PDFs, EDGAR filings, legal agreements)
• Comfortable working across the stack: data ingestion, model serving, API design
• Bonus: familiarity with leveraged finance, credit agreements, or SEC filing structures

The Role

Be the credit expert in the room. You'll work directly with engineering and product to ensure DealLens extracts the right signals — EBITDA add-back waterfalls, springing triggers, incremental facility baskets — the nuances that matter to restructuring desks and distressed funds.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years in leveraged credit, restructuring, or distressed — buy side or advisory
• Hands-on experience reviewing credit agreements, indentures, and intercreditor docs
• Deep understanding of covenant structures: maintenance vs. incurrence, EBITDA definitions, restricted payment baskets
• Ability to translate complex credit mechanics into product requirements
• Bonus: experience building or using data tools to accelerate credit research
